Before splashing out on what looks like an essential add-on for the traveller, bear in mind that the Treo 650 comes in a box that INCLUDES an international adaptor pack so, unless you've lost yours, have purchased a second hand phone, or want spares hold fire or you may end up with more plugs than you can possible use.
