Rating:  - GPS still doesn't work
Got the T5 with the Tom Tom software last year and since I upgraded to Navigator 5 the T5 keeps locking up as soon as you veer off the designated route. Turn off to get fuel and it locks the T5 up and has to be rebooted. Tom Tom fail to reply to emails and Palm are slow in replying. I suggest that you purchase a dedicated GPS system, which is what I think I will have to do to get a working navigation system.

Thank you to the person who wrote the review outlining how to download the maps via the file transfer. I thought I was going mad! The review is spot on and I urge anyone who buys this product to follow their instructions as opposed to the useless ones in the literature.
As with this reviewer, I have upgraded from Palm M515 to T5 and it is a very good product. Just loaded TomTom onto it which took ages due to the mapping download problems but overall, a great little package.

I bought The tomtom Navigator this week i all ready have the Tungsten T5 which is great,as with the previous review i found down loading the software very confusing as the instructions are very vague it took me all evening to get it on to my T5 after that it was easy i used it yesterday on a short trip and found it worked fine its very accurate and easy to use.
